Our commitments as a provider

The rules we apply to every order, written plainly, with what each one means for you.

Northline IPTV team · 23 min read · updated October 20, 2026
Our commitments as a provider

You pay once, in Canadian dollars, by card or PayPal, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. No automatic renewal, no contract.

Each pack includes 1 simultaneous connection. The same login can be installed on several of your devices and used one at a time; more screens only on request.

Your access is e-mailed within minutes: Xtream Codes details or an M3U link.

This page sets out our IPTV provider commitments as plain rules. Each rule is something we already apply to every order, written so you can check it before you pay and hold us to it after. We do not add promises we cannot back up, and we do not dress up ordinary facts as special offers. After each rule, you will find what it means for you, how you can verify it yourself, and where its limits are. If a point you care about is not on this page, it is not a commitment: ask support before ordering and get the answer in writing.

Why limits are listed too: a commitment without a boundary invites misunderstanding. For every rule below, we say what it covers and what it does not, so nobody reads more into it than we wrote.

Our IPTV provider commitments at a glance

There are seven commitments. Five are about money and access, two are about help and information. The figures below are the only ones we stand behind, and they are the same for every customer and every pack.

Each row has its own section below, with the exact wording of the rule, its practical effect and its limits. Read the ones that matter most to you, or use the table as a reference when you compare us with another provider. Our page of 10 questions to ask an IPTV provider turns the same areas into questions you can send to anyone.

Why we write commitments as rules, not slogans

Most IPTV websites describe themselves with adjectives: fast, stable, premium, reliable. Adjectives cannot be checked. A rule can. “No automatic renewal” is either true on your statement or it is not. “1 simultaneous connection” either matches what happens when two screens start or it does not. We would rather be held to sentences like these than admired for words that mean nothing on a Tuesday evening.

If you cannot check it on your statement, your screen or your inbox, we do not call it a commitment.

That choice has a cost for us. It means we leave out claims other services make without a second thought. We do not promise a specific language beyond what we state, a response time for support, a picture that ignores your internet line, or anything about content we have not published. Where we cannot commit, we tell you to ask, and we answer in writing.

It also has a benefit for you. Every rule on this page can be tested in your first order, without taking our word for anything. The last sections explain how. What this means for you: read these rules as an agreement without a contract. We apply them; you can check them; and if something does not match, you have the wording in front of you when you write to us.

Commitment one: you pay once, in Canadian dollars

The rule

Every order is a single payment for the full duration you choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The amount is in Canadian dollars. You pay by card or by PayPal.

What it means for you. One charge per order, never a second one for the same plan. The figure at checkout is in the currency on your statement, so you are not left guessing what a conversion will add. You choose the method: some customers prefer PayPal because it keeps the card number away from the checkout page, others prefer a card because it is quicker. Both lead to the same plan and the same access.

Where prices live. We do not print amounts in our guides. Prices can change, and a figure written into a guide stays there long after it is out of date. See current prices on the plans page; it is the one place to check, and it is always current. Within a pack, a longer duration costs more in total and less per month; the 12-month duration has the lowest cost per month of the four. Our guide to IPTV subscription prices explains how they are built.

How to compare. When you weigh us against another provider, put the same three questions to both: how many payments, in which currency, and is anything charged after the first one? A provider that answers all three in writing is easy to compare. One that answers with a monthly figure and leaves the rest vague deserves a second question before you pay.

The limits. This rule covers what we charge. It does not cover a player licence, which some app publishers ask for and which you pay to them, or your internet bill, or any fee your own bank applies to its cards. If your bank or PayPal asks you to approve a payment, that step is theirs, not ours. Our page on paying your IPTV provider walks through both methods.

Commitment two: nothing renews by itself

This is the rule people ask about most, so here it is in full. When your plan reaches its end date, access stops. No payment is taken. Nothing is stored to charge you later. If you want to continue, you place a new order, choosing whatever pack and duration suit you at that moment.

  1. Order day

    You pay once

One payment covers the whole duration you chose.

  2. During the plan

    No further charges

No monthly debit on a 6- or 12-month plan, no deposit, no instalment.

  3. End date

    Access stops

Your player shows an expired message or refuses the login. Nothing is charged.

  4. Your choice

    Order again, or not

Same pack, another pack, another length, or a pause. Each is your call.

What it means for you. You never need to remember to cancel anything, and you never pay for time you did not choose. Your statement shows only the payments you made, on the days you made them.

What it asks of you. Because nothing renews, the end date is yours to track. Write it in your calendar when you order, with a reminder a few days before, so the end does not land on an evening you had plans for. If the new order sends new details, update the profile in your player and remove the old one.

The limits. No renewal means no automatic continuity either. If you reorder after the end date, there may be a gap between the old access stopping and the new one arriving. Reorder a little before the end if you want none, and keep the old access in place until the new e-mail arrives. Our 12-month IPTV subscription guide covers end dates on longer plans.

Commitment three: no contract and no minimum term

There is nothing to sign and no minimum term beyond the duration you choose. You are not tied to us after the period you paid for, and there is no exit step at the end, because there is nothing to exit.

What no contract gives you

  • The duration you buy is your whole commitment
  • You can change pack or length at each new order
  • You can stop for a season and come back later
  • No paperwork, no cancellation call

What it does not mean

  • It does not shorten a plan you already paid for
  • It does not change the price shown at checkout
  • It does not add screens beyond the one included
  • It does not replace asking support about your case

What it means for you. Each order stands on its own. A short first order lets you see how your TV, router and player behave together before you commit to anything longer; our monthly IPTV subscription guide explains how to use that first month well. A longer order later is simply another single payment.

The limits. “No contract” is about length and paperwork. It does not change the other rules: the single connection, the household-only use of credentials and the end date of the plan you bought all still apply while the plan runs. If you want to change pack in the middle of a plan, write to support with your current pack and the one you want; they will explain what is possible for your order.

Commitment four: one connection, stated plainly

Each pack includes 1 simultaneous connection. One stream can play at a time. You may enter the same credentials on several devices in your home, for example the living-room TV, a bedroom box and a tablet, and use them one at a time. What the rule counts is playback, not installation.

If the TV is playing and someone starts the tablet

Two streams at once on one connection: one of them stops or the second is refused.

Then: that is the rule working, not a fault
If your home really needs two screens at once

Children in their rooms while adults use the TV, or two people with different habits.

Then: ask support for the conditions and the price
If a friend asks to borrow the login

Another household on your connection cuts into your own viewing every time they watch.

Then: credentials stay in your home
If you watch away from home

The rule follows the login. A stream at the cottage counts the same as one in the living room.

Then: keep the home TV idle while you watch away

More screens on request. If your household needs more than one screen at the same time, write to support through the contact page. Support gives you the conditions and the price for your case. There is no published multi-screen offer, because it depends on the request. Please ask before you rely on it.

Credentials stay in your household. Your login is for your home. With 1 simultaneous connection per pack, any use outside your home interrupts your own viewing, and shared access can end up blocked. Never post your details in a group, a forum or a shared document.

What it means for you. You can set up every screen in the house once and pick whichever suits the evening. Just keep to one at a time. A simple habit helps: when you move from the living room to the bedroom, stop playback on the first screen before starting the second. Players that keep a stream open in the background can hold the connection for a moment after you leave them, so closing the app properly saves a refused login on the next device.

Commitment five: access by e-mail within minutes

After a confirmed payment, your access is e-mailed to the address you used at checkout, within minutes. It comes in one of two forms. Xtream Codes details are three fields: a server URL, a username and a password. An M3U link is a single playlist address. Most players accept the first; some accept either.

Inbox › Your Northline IPTV access

Keep this e-mail private

What the access e-mail holds. The real values are personal to your order and should never be shared.

What it means for you. You can usually watch the same evening you order. There is no installation visit and no waiting period on our side once the payment goes through. Our page on how activation works follows the path from payment to first channel, and the setup guides for Xtream Codes and the M3U playlist show how to enter each format.

The limits. The clock starts from a confirmed payment. If your bank or PayPal asks for approval, the e-mail follows that approval. Spam and promotions folders sometimes catch the message, so look there first. If it is not there either, write to support with the e-mail address you used; that is the detail we need to find the order.

Commitment six: support every day, in English and French

Support answers 7 days a week. You can reach us by e-mail or on WhatsApp at +33 6 44 65 43 13, and we answer in English and in French. Support is part of every order, from the first question before you pay to the last day of your plan.

Support agent answering an IPTV customer message on a laptop and a phone
Two channels, two languages, seven days. Write in whichever suits you.

What the rule covers

  • Questions before you order: language, devices, players, speed, extra screens.
  • The access e-mail and the first login.
  • Player settings and the TV guide.
  • Connection problems and error messages.
  • Any question about your order or its end date.

What it means for you. A problem on a Sunday evening does not have to wait for Monday, and you can explain it in the language you are most at ease with. Mixed households can write in either language; the reply follows the language of the message.

Choosing a channel. WhatsApp suits quick questions and screenshots of an error on the TV. E-mail suits anything you want on record, such as a question about an order or the conditions for an extra screen. The same team reads both, so pick whichever is easier at that moment, and stay on that channel for the rest of the exchange so the history stays in one place.

The limits. We commit to the channels, the days and the languages. We do not publish a reply time, so we do not quote one here. We also cannot reach into your home: when a problem comes from your router, your Wi-Fi or a player update, we help you find it and explain what to change, but the change is made on your side. Our support page explains how to write a message that gets a complete answer in one exchange.

A point not covered here

If it is not written on this page, it is not a commitment. Ask support before you order, and keep the written reply.

Commitment seven: published figures and independent players

We publish the figures you need to decide, and only those. For each pack, the catalogue size. For each quality, the speed needed per screen. For players, where to get them and who sells their licences.

  • 20,000+ channels

  • 57,000+ 4K channels
  • 47,000+ series

Ultimate 4K Pack

Language. The catalogue includes French-language and international content. We do not list individual channels and we do not promise any other specific language. If one matters to you, ask support before ordering and get a direct answer instead of an assumption.

Speed. Plan for 10 Mbps for HD, 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, per screen. These figures add up if support sets up extra screens for you: a 4K TV and a Full HD tablet together need 40 Mbps. You can check your line against them before you pay, at the screen that will play, in the evening. Our page on 4K quality and bandwidth goes further.

Players. Install players such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, IBO Player, XCIPTV or GSE Smart IPTV from your device’s official app store. We are independent from app publishers. If a player needs a licence, check the current price on the app’s official website. Our IPTV app guide compares them.

Rights. The technology is legal; whether a service is legal depends on the broadcasting rights it holds, so check before subscribing.

Four homes, the same IPTV provider commitments

Rules read differently once you picture a real setup. The four homes below are examples we built to show how the same commitments apply in different situations. They are not customer stories; they are the cases we explain most often.

Example homeThe situationThe rule that matters mostWhat to do
A student flat for one termOne laptop and a small TV, a few months of useNo contract, no renewalPick a length that ends near the end of term; nothing to cancel after
A family houseLiving-room TV, two tablets, children who watch upstairs1 simultaneous connectionAsk support about more screens before ordering if two must play at once
A couple in a condoOne Full HD TV, mostly evenings, one person sets it upAccess within minutesOrder with the inbox you check daily; set up the same evening
A retired couple who winter elsewhereA tablet that travels, a TV at home left idleThe rule follows the loginWatch on one device at a time, wherever you are

The student flat. The key fact is that nothing renews and nothing needs signing. A plan that ends with the term leaves nothing behind: no reminder, no exit step. If the term runs longer than planned, a new single payment covers the extra weeks.

The family house. Here the single connection decides everything. Installing the login on every screen is allowed and useful. Playing on two at once is not included. If the household routinely needs two streams at the same moment, the right step is a message to support before ordering, so the conditions and price are known in advance rather than discovered on a busy evening.

The condo. Speed of delivery is what this couple notices. The access e-mail arrives within minutes, so the only thing that can slow them down is an inbox nobody opens. Using the address they check every day is the whole trick.

The travelling couple. The rule follows the login, not the address. A tablet in another province and a TV at home count as two screens if both play. Leaving the home TV idle while away keeps everything within the rule. What this means for you: find the home closest to yours, and the rule that matters most is probably the same.

What stays the same from one order to the next

Because every order stands alone, some customers ask whether the rules might change for a second or third order, or for a longer plan. The commitments on this page apply to every order, whatever the pack and whatever the duration. A 1-month plan and a 12-month plan follow exactly the same payment, renewal, connection, delivery and support rules.

Same payment rule

One payment, Canadian dollars, card or PayPal, on every order.

Same end rule

Access stops on the end date; nothing renews, whatever the length.

Same screen rule

1 simultaneous connection on every pack, first order or tenth.

What can change from one order to the next is your own choice: the pack, the duration, and whether you take a break between plans. The price for a pack and duration is the one shown on the plans page on the day you order. If a new order sends new access details, enter them in your player and remove the old profile, so the app does not keep trying details that have ended.

What this means for you: once you know the rules, you know them for good. A returning order holds no new conditions to read.

Who is responsible for what

An evening of IPTV involves three parties: us, you and the company that publishes your player. Our commitments cover our part fully. Knowing where the other parts sit helps you send each question to the right place.

Even where we are not responsible, we help. If a player update changes a menu, we tell you where the setting moved. If your Wi-Fi is the bottleneck, we explain the checks in order. What this means for you: you can always start with us. We will tell you honestly when the fix sits elsewhere, and what to do next.

What our IPTV provider commitments do not cover

Commitments are only useful when their edges are visible. Here is what sits outside them, stated as plainly as the rules themselves.

  • Your internet line. Picture quality depends on the speed your line delivers at the screen that plays. We publish the figures; your line has to meet them.
  • Your device and player. They belong to you and to their makers and publishers. Support helps with setup questions.
  • A specific language or programme. We do not promise any beyond what we state. Ask support before ordering.
  • More than one screen at once. Only on request, with conditions and a price given by support.
  • A support reply time. We commit to days, channels and languages, not to a number of minutes.
  • Broadcasting rights questions. The technology is legal; whether a service is legal depends on the broadcasting rights it holds, so check before subscribing.

Do not rely on anything unwritten. If a promise is not on this page or in a written reply from support, treat it as not made. That protects you as much as us.

What this means for you: everything we commit to is above. If it is not written, ask before ordering. A two-line question now is better than a disappointment later. And if a reply from support adds something specific to your case, such as the conditions for an extra screen, keep that message with your access e-mail; it is the written record for your order.

What we ask of you in return

Our rules work best when a few simple habits sit on your side of the screen. None of them is a condition hidden in small print; they are the practical steps that keep your access running and your evenings calm.

Keep the login at home

Your credentials are for your household only. Do not lend or post them.

One stream at a time

Make sure everyone at home knows the single-connection rule.

Official players only

Install apps from your device’s official store and keep them updated.

Track your end date

Nothing renews, so a calendar note avoids a gap.

Tell us early

Write when a problem starts, not at the end of your plan.

Check your line

Test the evening speed at the screen that plays before choosing 4K.

When you write to us, include your device, your player, what you see on the screen and, for order questions, the e-mail address you used at checkout. Those four details usually let us answer in one message instead of three. What this means for you: the rules on both sides are short, and keeping to them is what makes the service predictable.

How to test our IPTV provider commitments yourself

You do not need to take our word for any of this. A short first order lets you check every rule on this page with your own statement, inbox and screens.

Television showing the first live channel after an IPTV access e-mail was entered in a player
The first evening is the best moment to check the rules against what actually happens.

What you can verify in one order

  • The price, currency and duration were visible before payment.
  • Only one payment was taken.
  • Access arrived by e-mail within minutes.
  • Support replied in English or French.
  • A second screen was refused while the first played.
  • Nothing renewed at the end.
  1. Read the plans page. Check that the price, currency and duration are visible before checkout.
  2. Ask a question first. Write to support by e-mail or WhatsApp. Note the language of the reply.
  3. Order a short plan. A 1-month plan is enough to test everything. Pay once by card or PayPal.
  4. Note the time. Your access should arrive within minutes of the confirmed payment.
  5. Test the screen rule. Start a channel on one device, then on another, and see the rule apply.
  6. Watch your statement. At the end of the plan, confirm that no second charge appears.

Use our page of questions to ask an IPTV provider to run the same test on any other service, and our guide to choosing an IPTV supplier for a full method.

If something does not match a commitment

Rules are only worth something if there is a clear way to raise a mismatch. If you believe one of the commitments on this page was not applied to your order, here is how to raise it so it can be looked at properly.

What to include in your message

The e-mail address used at checkout. The pack and duration you ordered. Which rule you think did not apply, in your own words. What you saw: the charge on your statement, the message in your player, the missing e-mail. A screenshot helps when it shows an error on screen; never send your password.

Send it by e-mail or WhatsApp, in English or French, on any day of the week. If the issue is a missing access e-mail, say so in the first line; that is the most common case, and the checkout address is usually all we need. If the issue is a login that stopped before its end date, include the date you ordered so the period can be checked against your order.

We do not publish reply times or outcomes for specific cases, because each case depends on what happened. What we commit to is the channel, the days and the languages: you can raise it any day, in either language, and get an answer from people who know the rules on this page. What this means for you: you never have to wonder where to write or whether anyone reads weekends.

Reading our rules next to another provider’s terms

If you are comparing services, you will meet terms written in many styles. Some are long and legal in tone, some are a single line under a price, some are missing. A few habits help you read any of them against ours on equal terms.

  • Look for the renewal rule first. If it is not written, ask; if the answer is “it depends”, ask what it depends on.
  • Find the screen count as a number. “Multi-device” says where you can install, not how many can play.
  • Check the currency at checkout, not only on the advertising page.
  • Note how access is delivered and how soon, in the provider’s own words.
  • Check that support names its channels, days and languages.
  • Ask about the language you need, and keep the reply.
Deep dive: words that sound like commitments but are not

Phrases such as “premium quality”, “stable streams” or “best support” describe a feeling, not a rule. They cannot be checked on a statement, a screen or an inbox. When a provider uses them, ask what they mean in practice: which speed per screen, which days, which languages, which renewal rule. If the reply turns adjectives into facts, you have learned something useful. If it adds more adjectives, you have learned something too.

What this means for you: compare rule to rule, not adjective to adjective. Our rules fit in one table near the top of this page so that the comparison takes minutes, not an evening.

Commitment words, explained

FAQ

Do you renew plans automatically?

No. Every plan is a one-time payment. When it ends, access stops until you order again.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no contract and no minimum term beyond the duration you choose.

How many screens can I use at once?

Each pack includes 1 simultaneous connection. For more screens at once, contact support for the conditions and the price.

When do I receive my access?

By e-mail, within minutes of a confirmed payment, as Xtream Codes details or an M3U link.

When can I reach support?

7 days a week, by e-mail and WhatsApp, in English and French.

Do you promise a support reply time?

No. We commit to the days, the channels and the languages, not to a number of minutes. Writing with your device, player and what you see helps us answer in one message.

Why don’t your guides show prices?

Prices can change, and guides stay online for a long time. See current prices on the plans page, which is always up to date.

Is a player licence part of my plan?

No. Some players ask for a licence from their publisher. We are independent from app publishers; check the current price on the app’s official website.

Can I lend my login to family in another home?

No. Credentials are for your household only. Another home on your single connection would interrupt your own viewing.

What if a point I care about is not on this page?

Then it is not a commitment. Ask support before ordering and keep the written reply.
